YnNi Teg are developing a site for a second 900kW wind turbine. This will generate c. 2,000-2,300 MWh per annum and we aim to provide an estimated £150k of community benefit funds over the operational lifetime of 25 years.
The project has full planning consent and we anticipate installation and commissioning of the turbine in 2025.
We will be launching a share offer for both new and existing members of the society in Autumn 2024. We’re interested in engaging with local community organisations who would like to get involved in this project with a view to future participation and / or part ownership.
