Stage 1 involves a scoping study carried out by Ynni Teg on behalf of Severn Wye Energy Agency (https://severnwye.org.uk/energy-for-all-powys/) to identify active community energy groups in Powys and look at issues such as grid and planning constraints which could affect their project’s feasibility.
